Hey “BD beauties”!
This is going to e a review of a fun black peel off mask
which is the Daiso charcoal peel of mask.
This has 80g of product and costs $5.40 on eBay (its much
cheaper when bought in Daiso stores)
Fomulated with the
natural ingredients from Oak trees, it remover oils and all dirt and deeply
clean the pore, leaving your skin cleaner with less visible pores.
My experience with this product
So I have a thing for peel off masks just because of the
peeling off part and seeing all the gunk that it has pulled out. So a black one
that peels what better could it get? So the peel of mask has a mail ingredient
of activated charcoal which is known for its benefits of pulling out excess
sebum which leads to clogged pores.
I love the consistency of this mask; it’s gooey and apply a
good amount. But one thing is that the layer you apply needs to be thick
inorder to remove the entire gunk out. It’s a mask that gets tight giving you
an uncomfortable feeling. It takes about 25 minutes to dry completely if you
have a thick layer and I suggest to start peeling from the forehead downwards. I
find that peeling it off in the parts around my mouth. I was amused to see how
it removed a lot of my facial hairs along with the gunk in my pores but as far
as dirt is does take it all out.
It takes most of the white heads out especially around the
nose area. It also takes out the dried skin which is great. However its dries
my face out a lot which is terrible for girls with acne prone skin as acne
prone skin needs moisture most of the time. You need to follow up with a
moisturizer. If you have sensitive skin, DO NOT use this! Peeling off a mask
means it irritates your skin a lot which is terrible for sensitive skin types.
What’s great about this product?
- Really does remove all the gunk out
- Removes dead skin cells
- Removes oils
What’s not so great about this product?
- It’s not good for sensitive skin types
Overall verdict
This is a good peel off mask for those with normal to oily
skin but not sensitive. Any peel off product isn’t good for sensitive skin. It does
its claims for the moment but you will defiantly experience dried skin which
needs moisturization.
