My experience with this product

This product comes in a lot other shades like Metallic olive, copper, gunmetal, purple, coffee, midnight, teal tease, golden and punk purple

Gel liners are very tricky to work with and what looks good swatched will not necessarily look good on the eyes. The elf cream eye liner is a great bargain for quantity and quality alike. The pigmentation is really black and needs only a little product to draw on your line. It’s not the blackest I have ever seen but it’s a great one yet.

Close-Set Eyes:

Line outer third of upper lids with gray,brown, or black liner. Smudge gently. Use a lighter liner on the inner eye to widen the space between eyes.

My experience with this product

I always love to have a matte black cream base before doing any dark Smokey eyes to create a nice depth to the look and I find that not all gel liners look blue-ish in pictures. This crayon from Revlon stays true to colour and doesn’t sheer out too much.

I created this pink glitter eye makeup as a tutorial for the new years but couldn’t get around to posting it so today I’m going to post this as an EOTD! Dramatic eye makeup has always got a place in our favourites look and this one is dramatic with shimmer and rhinestones. Who says that medium skin tone girls can’t rock pale pinks and cool tone shades? The trick to getting cool tones right is to combine it with a shade with deep warm tones. For this look, I had a warm brown shade in the crease and I think this ties up the look really well.

If you have seen circle lenses before and after you would have noticed that usually the diameter is allot bigger than your natural pupil. My experience with this product

I had previously got a blush from this project runway collection and loved it for its packaging so I had to grab this! The quad is in the similar packaging as the blushes from this line which is very sturdy and thick plastic it definitely doesn’t seem cheap to begin with. The quad also comes with a standard sponge tip applicator.

My experience with this product

I haven’t had great experience with pigments with many things going wrong like pigmentation or consistency so trying this out was not with a lot of expectations. The product has been packaged very well which I love! I appreciate that Maybelline decide to have a shifter at the mouth of the container so that only a little product is brought to the surface this makes it less messy. Other than that I do like how the colour is visible through the transparent container which makes it easy to spot among your makeup collection.

I have recently been playing with most of the makeup I got in my most recent haul and I was really inspired to use the dark forest green in the L’Oreal Runway limited edition quad in ‘Muse’s Gaze’. The shade is a dark green (almost black) with green glitters. This is going to be a dark green Smokey eye step by step tutorial. This is also a great holiday makeup for the night time! Enjoy!

• Start off with a primer. I have used the Jordana eye primer (REVIEW HERE). Once that’s done, apply black kohl as a base and spread it all over the lid using a synthetic eye brush.

Most of you following me by now might know that I’m a huge fan of tmart.com and the main reason being the fact that they offer free worldwide shipping! Tmart.com has great customer service and rating is great to so you don’t have to worry if it’s a scam. I have previously done many tmart makeup reviews so you can look back at those to know how some of the makeup goodies fair. Also it’s a great place to find affordable makeup brushes if you are new to makeup.

Today I’m reviewing two eye shadow trios from the website from the brand Qianyu.

My experience with this product

Eye shadows are my most favourite’s items in my collection and I’m always open to try new ones. This one was one such try. The eye shadows are not meant for everyday wear since they are not satin, pearl or matte finishes. They have a metallic/ foiled look to them which makes any eye look dramatic. The downside is that you cannot create a perfect eye looking using just this trio since they have no variation of finishes.

I do see huge amounts of fall out with these eye shadows so I would highly recommend you do your eye makeup first. These shades serve as wonderful lid colours in my opinion. Another way to wear them is as a pop of colour in the lower lash line. I find that the ingredients include of a waxy formula to them thus making them really stay put and not crease thus they are long wearing.

So this is going to be a review of the stila smudge stick in shade starfish which is a waterproof eyeliner which doesnt budge what so ever. I do love the color for the fall time and you can see the m in the swatches below.A great way to try high end makeup is to get the sets which the brands come out with and i believe stila has a set too for these eye liners which you guys have to try. I got this eyeliner along with my stila in the garden eye shadow palette (REVIEW HERE).

What does Stila say about this product?

Obsessed with Smudge Pots? You'll go crazy for Smudge Sticks! This highly pigmented, waterproof eye liner glides on to deliver intense, vibrant color with staying power. 

My experience with this product

When I received the palette I already knew that I’m going to fall in love with this eyeliner just with my initial opinions of its texture and lasting power (especially the latter). The stila smudge stick eye liner pencil as the name suggests, is extremely waterproof! When I say waterproof it doesn’t even come off easily when I try removing it with my usual makeup remover (olive oil) which removes all of my makeup instantly.

The product applies really well and is creamy itself but sets really quickly so you might need to work with it pretty quick. The packaging is one downfall of this product. The retractable mechanism is something is extremely loved in pencils but mine always gets stuck or doesn’t move at all (I feel like it’s just my unit). The longevity of this is that it lasts until you take it off. The shades available on the stila website is quite a good variety for any look, neutral or dramatic.

The pigmentation of this product is extremely opaque and doesn’t thug or pull your eyes when you apply onto your water line.
