Hey “BD beauties”!

I have recently been playing with most of the makeup I got in my most recent haul and I was really inspired to use the dark forest green in the L’Oreal Runway limited edition quad in ‘Muse’s Gaze’. The shade is a dark green (almost black) with green glitters. This is going to be a dark green Smokey eye step by step tutorial. This is also a great holiday makeup for the night time! Enjoy!

  • Start off with a primer. I have used the Jordana eye primer (REVIEW HERE). Once that’s done, apply black kohl as a base and spread it all over the lid using a synthetic eye brush.

Tutorial: Easy Cranberry smokey eye and EOTD

Hey “BD beauties”!

Tutorial: Easy Cranberry smokey eye and EOTD

I was planning for a simple Smokey eye tutorial but since I have done it with black already (Check HERE for a basic black Smokey eye) thought I would do something like a cranberry shade! This looks so flattering on brown eyes and it is a pretty sultry look! At the same time its a more wearable Smokey eye.
So let’s get started!

Tutorial: Easy Cranberry smokey eye and EOTD

Step 1
Prime your lids with a primer close to your skin tone and line your upper lash line with a kohl pencil. Using a smudge brush or a crease brush, smoke out the line making it well blended at the edges.

Step 2
Pack on the cranberry shade all over the lids and slightly on the crease as well.

Step 3
Highlight your brow bone with a champagne shade that has a satin finish.

This is a dramatic look that can be worn during the night and it falls toward the neutral – dramatic category so if your one who love your neutrals, this would be great. The steps in this look are also pretty simple and easy to achieve. So let’s get started!

Prime your lids. Like I always say this makes your eye shadow look expensive and also makes your eye look lash very long. This is important if you have oily lids J
