What does ELF cosmetics say about this product?
The cream formula creates smooth lines that are defined and precise. Smudge-proof, budge-proof and water-resistant coverage for all day wear to combat against sweat, tears or rain! Achieve thin or bold lines with ease. Slanted Eyeliner Brush included.
My experience with this product
This product comes in a lot other shades like Metallic olive, copper, gunmetal, purple, coffee, midnight, teal tease, golden and punk purple
Gel liners are very tricky to work with and what looks good swatched will not necessarily look good on the eyes. The elf cream eye liner is a great bargain for quantity and quality alike. The pigmentation is really black and needs only a little product to draw on your line. It’s not the blackest I have ever seen but it’s a great one yet.
The product comes in a plastic transparent container with the black lid to it. The packaging is very sleek like the other products in elf’s studio line. The product also comes with an angled liner brush which personally isn’t stiff enough for me to liner but works nice to fill in your brows with. The product lasts for about a good 5 hours before it fades away. It would last less long if you have oily lids.
