NOTD: Red french tips with acrylic false tips

Hey “BD beauties”!

Just a quick NOTD is what this post is about! I tried acrylic false nails again ut this time wanted something simple. I do not own many nail polishes just because i don’t wear them often so I’m not the best skilled with nail polish applications as well! The shade I’m wearing today is constance carols nail polish in ‘Rouge’ you would have seen this in another NOTD which I’ll link HERE. Usually acrylic tips are used to have gel nails on but since i didn’t not have gel polishes and all those gadgets, I just the false tips like this J enjoy the pics..

P.S i have used a white nail polish below the red shade to make it pop :)

Hey BD beauties!

Since you already know that I have false acrylic tips on, I have been more interested in doing simple nail art in them. So I just started with a simple polka dot design on my nail tips. I figured I go with the theme of lady birds having Constance carol rouge on the entire tips and colourworks 06 as dots. I recently purchased a dotting tool from tmart .com which i hauled HERE. I tried it out for the first time and pretty much liked it J Enjoy the pics everyone!

Review of the Constance carroll mega volume mascara

This review is going to be of the constance carroll mega volume mascara in black. This is a mascara that can be found in all constance carol counters for about 700 srilankan rupees. I believe that its one of their new mascaras. In my opinion, I don’t find anything special in the mascara’s from this rand. They seem to have the same effect regardless of the claim they associate the product with. Their wands are pretty much the similar standard dense wand.

Today’s review is going to be about constance caroll’s lipstick in the shade sexy pink. I found this lipstick in my local constance carol counter. It wasn’t definitely my type of colour as it’s a frosty finish and it’s a bright hot pink! However I found many other ways to use this.

Constance caroll compact refill powder reveiw

Today’s review is going to be about constance caroll’s compact powder refill in saffron glow. This is the first powder that i ever got and the powder I’m using until this day. I bought this at my local constance caroll counter for about 325 srilankan rupees. This wasn’t the first shade I got as I wasn’t good at colour matching.

 

This is not a mattifying powder as what most powders are supposed to be. Instead it’s a powder foundation which means it’s supposed to give you some sort of coverage. Personally since I have got oily /combination skin, I cannot use powder all over as using it on dry areas would make my makeup look cakey (read here about makeup mistakes).

This is going to be a review of constance caroll’s lasting matt foundation. This was the first foundation that i tried when i started off with makeup. It’s a really cheap foundation and back then was the only one that has a variety of shades. I came across this in my local beauty store in srilanka. This it costs around 400 srilankan rupees. Constance carol is a uk based cosmetic brand selling cosmetics at a very cheap price.

This is going to be a quick review on constance caroll’s lip shiner lip gloss. The colours i have are in cocoa and coral crush. I came across this product rather brand itself when I was starting out on makeup. This is a really affordable makeup brand and quite famous in srilanka. This lip gloss costs about 400 srilankan rupees in srilanka.

According to constance caroll’s website, they have only 8 shades.
