I was looking through products to review and I totally forgot that I have not reviewed the NARS Love thrill gift set yet! I received this for review last year and I really apologies for not putting this review up sooner. However I have reviewed two off the three items individually so you can check them out.

 My experience with this product

This was my first nars products so I figured that trying a set would open my options and give me more variety which I’m glad I did. The set includes full size products which is a definite bonus. But one thing that was eking me was the fact that this cost about $83 at the time it came out. Now I don’t blame nars’s pricing since they are a high end brand but I feel like with a set you should be getting a better deal.

Powder blush in super orgasm (Full review HERE)

I like this blush but not on myself particularly. I’m more of a medium to tan complexion and I feel like this isn’t the shade choice for me. This is a step ahead of the famous orgasm blush but with the addition of glitter. This has so much glitter it’s no joke. If you’re using this I recommend tapping your brush to remove excess glitter. Velvet matte lip pencil in sex machine (Will be reviewed soon!)

Matte is my favorite finish ever! And finding one that is matte without extreme dryness is a goal and this is perfect. The shade sex machine is a neutral mauve- nu*e shade for everyday wear. Had great opacity and moisturizing properties.

Lipstick in sexual healing (Full review HERE)

Not my favorite just because it’s a completely frosty finish but I can pull this off using it in the center of my lipstick to give a plumped effect. Would look lovely on fair to medium skin tone girls!

Overall verdict

I like this set but not my favorite just because I only loved one product off the 3. I feel like this set would be awesome for those with lighter complexions just because I don’t see the shades showing up on medium to darker complexion girls. I do love that the products are full sized so that’s awesome. You can buy this set HERE. It’s on sale right now.
