Hey “BD beauties”!
I recently purchased and hauled bourjois eau de gloss cosmic
in the shade ’20 sorbet fraise’ HERE. I had always wanted to try this brand but
didn’t get a good deal until this one. I was intrigued to order this online
because of the packaging of this product. In this post I have reviewed this
product after about 3 days of usage. Read on to know more!
Costs £2.99 for 7ml of product

What Bourjois says about this product?
A fresh smooth & sensual
lip gloss Contains ultra-reflecting micro-glass pearls Gives a deep shine &
magnifying glass effect Ultra soft & light texture leaves a fresh & non
sticky sensation on lips Leaves you a sexy & kissable lips
My experience with the product
This particular gloss can be described as a gloss with
medium opacity and LOTS of gold shimmer. When i saw the fact that its shimmery,
I thought of very fine ones which is definitely not the case. I just went ohhhh
sh*t when I saw this. I hate chunky shimmers in my gloss and this gloss is the
definition of shimmery glosses.
Quality & pigmentation: like I said the pigmentation is
medium not too sheer or fully opaque. It’s decent for a gloss at this price. However,
a huge downfall is that it doesn’t keep up to its claims of being a non sticky
gloss. It’s extremely uncomfortable to e worn t itself and also on top of a lip
stick. The gloss also has a slight minty tingle and has sugar in the
formulation.
Packaging: i think this was the reasoning for this purchase:
P it had a unique packaging for being a gloss. I loved the glass packaging
which makes it look premium. The applicator is a brush applicator which is not
bad but I personally prefer the doe foot applicator.
Scent: the product smells fruity but at the same time very
artificial which I do not prefer! They would have rather gone unscented in my
opinion!
Longevity of wear: this gloss lasts for about 2 hours on the
lips and I meant the colour at this point. However, once the colour goes away,
the glitter remains on the lips which are so not attractive! If you decide to
use it, you would have to reapply the gloss.

Overall verdict
I do not like this at all! I feel like a nyx or maybelline gloss
would have done a better job. Concerning all the not so great points, those are
basically what you shouldn’t have in a gloss especially hate the fact about the
glitters. I will never repurchase this product ever again and also don’t recommend
you.
Hope this review helped!
