This is going to be a review of Freeman’s papaya moisture plus sun drenched Heat styling spray with kiwi and passion fruit. This product claims to protect and seal hair against damage and add incredible shine with strong hold. I found this at my local beauty store when I went searching for a heat protectant for my hair. What particularly dragged me towards this product is the smell of it. I love tropical fruity scents and this one smells like papaya! This cost me about 750 srilankan rupees for 250 ml of product.

My experience with this product

This was the first ever heat protectant i tried and the one I’m still using. It works really well protecting my hair and also smoothes it and makes my style look put together. One thing i have to tell is, i realised that it made my hair fall reduce! It also made my hair condition better by reducing flyovers and friziness!

Packaging: The product comes in a plastic spray bottle which is great! I’m a person who gets pretty messy when doing my hair and tend to drop things thus a plastic bottle is always a life saver J the spray in the bottle is also pretty sturdy and hasn’t broken on me.

Staying power: The product does its job of protecting my hair from heat but additionally, it makes it look extremely smooth through unless I wash my hair off. The texture of my hair is considerably better when wearing this product.

Scent: hair products are one thing many of you will e picky about when it comes to scent. This product shouldn’t be an issue if you hate papayas or no as the scent fades off after couple of minutes. However, I love the papaya scent so a plus for me :D

Does it live up to its claims?

I think yes. Definitely it does. I can feel my hair is sealed when the product dries off and i can definitely feel the improved texture and how well it conditions my hair!

How i apply it

For blow drying: I apply the product onto my hair when it’s damp and then blow dry it with a paddle brush. I usually concentrate it on the ends as that’s where your hair needs the most protection.

For using straightners and curlers: i spray from the mid shaft of my hair until the ends and com through and style once it dries

REMEMBER START STYLING ONLY ONCE THE PRODUCT DRIES. THIS WOULD APPLY TO ANY PRODUCT YOU USE.

Conclusion

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone! Its one of my holy grail hair products and definitely will be. It achieves all its claims and more! The fact that it reduced hair fall did take me y surprise and made me even more attached to this product. Overall a great deal concerning price, volume of product etc.
