My experience with this product
The reason that I was in a hunt for a good face wash was
because I needed one to pair up with my clarisonic mia 2. I read many reviews
and this was one of the recommended products to use with the clarisonic. The
body shop skin clearing facial wash comes in the typical body shop packaging
which is a plastic bottle and a squeeze out head. The packaging is pretty
sturdy for the most part but gets kind of annoying when the product reaches the
near end.
As for the product itself, things you would notice is that it’s
NOT a foaming cleanser thus it produces very little foam. You might actually
end up using more if you’re using your hands instead of a brush. As for me
using the clarisonic a bottle lasted me about 3 to 4 months to be exact. Since there
is no artificial fragrance added, it has a very medicine kind of scent to it
which doesn’t bother me at all to be honest and it isn’t too strong either.
The one thing that I love the most about this is that it’s
not drying on my skin and doesn’t give a stiff feeling that most face washes
give.
What’s great about the body shop tea tree skin clearing facial wash?
- Doesn’t give a dry feeling once washed
- Doesn’t have artificial fragrance
- Perfect for acne prone skin
- Simple packaging
- Lasts a long time
What’s not so great about the body shop tea tree skin clearing facial wash?
- Doesn’t foam
- If you using your hands you might use too much
- Body shop products can be pricey
Overall verdict
I love this product! This works well for acne prone skin and
doesn’t dry out my skin. I will be repurchasing this very soon. And if you have
a clarisonic I highly recommend you pair it with this product it will do
wonders to your skin!
